Pipe Burst
Today is quiet a busy day, first thing in the morning im already busy 'maintaining' the house. Later then i realize that an underground pipe in front of our house is broken, i can tell because the water can clearly be seen flowing out from the ground so i decided to make a report. I call the Syabas's Puspel and our conversation is much likely like this
Terima kasih kerana menghubungi talian Puspen , and then some music came out, later a machine response maaf, pegawai kami sedang sibuk, sila tekan 1 untuk menghantar pesanan suara, sila tekan 2 untuk terus menunggu, so i pressed 2. Few seconds later the same message came, maaf pegawai kami sedang sibuk sila tekan 1 untuk menghantar pesanan suara, sila tekan 2 untuk terus menunggu, so i pressed 2 again.
Later the same message came out again and i pressed 2 again and it went on and on and on. Until my finger is in pain because i press too many button 2, and i finally press 1 to record my complaint and send it to Puspel. Later a women from Puspel called back to confirm my complaint and i said yes yes please come quick. haha
About an hour later, the Syabases contractor come with a truck and bajak to korek-korek. They dig and dig until they found the problem. Then they dig and dig again and suddenly they hit the main pipeline and a blast of water come out. Everybody was like, woooo! The water blast about 15 foot high! Now the bigger problem happen. haha.
